What the site collects
When you send the contact form, the firm receives the name, email, phone number and message you enter. The site also keeps basic usage data, such as pages viewed and browser type, to keep it running.
How it's used
Your details are used to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest before taking on a matter. They are not sold or shared for marketing.
How long it's kept
Inquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted after a reasonable time. Client files are kept for as long as professional rules require.
Your choices
You can ask what the firm holds about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to office@ellerylaw.com.
